Cookie Notice

This notice explains the cookies and similar browser storage used on hartworkai.com by Marija Ilievska, doing business as Hartwork. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy at https://hartworkai.com/privacy.

The short version

• Nothing that tracks you loads until you press Accept.
• If you decline, or change your mind later, analytics cookies are removed.
• You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.

Strictly necessary

These make the site work and are always on. They are not used to track you.

• hw-consent (browser storage): remembers whether you accepted or declined analytics. Kept until you clear it or press Cookie settings.
• sb-…-auth-token (cookies): keep a Hartwork client signed in to the dashboard. Set only on the sign-in page and the dashboard, never on the public pages. They last until you sign out or the session expires.

Analytics: only if you accept

Google Analytics tells us which pages are visited and how people find us, so we can improve the site.

• _ga: distinguishes one visitor from another. Expires after 2 years.
• _ga_<ID>: keeps the state of a visit. Expires after 2 years.

Advertising

We do not currently use advertising cookies. If that changes, they will also wait for your consent, and this notice will be updated first.

Other websites

Booking a demo opens Calendly, which is a separate website with its own cookies and its own privacy policy. Nothing from Calendly loads on our pages before you click.

Your choices

• Use "Cookie settings" at the bottom of any page to accept or decline again.
• You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop dashboard sign-in from working.
